Product: Hubs, Other Items, Power Banks

Warranty Period:

Hubs: 1 year from the date of purchase

Other Items: 3 months from the date of purchase

Power Banks: 6 months from the date of purchase

 

What the Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship

Manufacturing faults

Malfunctions due to normal use

 

What is Not Covered by the Warranty:

Damage caused by physical damage, burn, or tamper

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or neglect

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

 

Instructions on How to Use the Warranty:

1. Contact our customer services team
2. Return the defective product with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
3. We will repair, replace, refund, or exchange the product as deemed necessary
4. If there is a manufacturing fault, you can get a refund/ replace within 10 days after receiving the item

 

Terms that Could Void the Warranty:

• Attempting to remove or alter the serial number or sticker
• Failing to follow the instructions for use and maintenance
• Modifying or repairing the product without authorisation
• PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR BURNS DOES NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY
