1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3–7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Provide order details and photos (if damaged/defective)
  • Our team will guide you through the process

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
  • For COD orders: refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)
  • For prepaid orders: refunds will be sent back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
